    I keep a store-bought vinaigrette in the fridge, but for the most part I just mix together what I am feeling on a whim from pantry staples. There are more uses than salad dressing! What about topping a pizza or mixing with grilled vegetables.

  • Hostess Gifts

    No hostess is throwing a party to rake in the gifts. However, a little gift lets the hostess know how grateful you were for the excuse to gather. Does this mean that I will be stopping at the grocery store every time my nearest and dearest friends invite me over for an ugly sweater party? Not unless they say we are low on wine.

    One of those low and slow dishes that you spend a little time preparing and then allow to simmer for 8+ hours. These meatballs and red sauce are the perfect dish to feed a crowd or cook for two and pack away the leftovers in the freezer.
