Yes. I did indeed sit down and deep dive into my freezer. I am intentional in what I stock in there, so that I never need to say “I have nothing for dinner”.
I keep a store-bought vinaigrette in the fridge, but for the most part I just mix together what I am feeling on a whim from pantry staples. There are more uses than salad dressing! What about topping a pizza or mixing with grilled vegetables.
