A combination of dried herbs you can find in your pantry and a handful of other ingredients, this marinade will be ready for your next steak or chicken dish before you can even heat up the grill. Super basic recipe that works for all sorts of dinner menus!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic diced
  • 2 large shallots diced
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Stir to combine. Add to protein or vegetables in an air tight bag or container.
